Warranty Information

Your electric fan is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including discoloration or cosmetic changes over time.

• Damage to removable parts such as blades, filters, water tanks, or external casings due to misuse.

• Issues caused by improper use, dropping, exposure to excessive force or moisture, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.

• Water damage from improper filling, spillage, or use in non-recommended environments.
